How do I apply to The Purpose Oasis Leadership Institute?

Applying is simple. Visit the TPO Leadership Institute Application Portal, complete the online application form with your personal details, employment information, and upload your Letter of Intent. You will also have the option to apply for a scholarship during the application process — and we recommend that you do. Once submitted, our team will review your application and get back to you within 5–7 working days. Your journey to becoming a purpose-driven, Christ-centered leader starts with that first step.

What are the admission requirements?

To be eligible for admission into The Purpose Oasis Leadership Institute, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and hold at least a High School Diploma or its equivalent. Most importantly, applicants must be believers in Jesus Christ with a genuine commitment to Christ-centered living and leadership. TPO is built on the foundation that true leadership flows from a relationship with God, and we welcome applicants from all denominations, industries, and backgrounds who share this conviction and are ready to grow into the purpose-driven leaders God has called them to be.

How do I contact my advisor?

Every student is assigned a dedicated advisor at the beginning of their program. Your advisor serves as your guide throughout your leadership journey — providing direction, accountability, and support. Once enrolled, you will receive your advisor’s contact details via email, and you can reach them directly through the TPO student portal. If you have not yet received your advisor assignment or need assistance, contact our support team and we will connect you right away.
