Applying is simple. Visit the TPO Leadership Institute Application Portal, complete the online application form with your personal details, employment information, and upload your Letter of Intent. You will also have the option to apply for a scholarship during the application process — and we recommend that you do. Once submitted, our team will review your application and get back to you within 5–7 working days. Your journey to becoming a purpose-driven, Christ-centered leader starts with that first step.
To be eligible for admission into The Purpose Oasis Leadership Institute, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and hold at least a High School Diploma or its equivalent. Most importantly, applicants must be believers in Jesus Christ with a genuine commitment to Christ-centered living and leadership. TPO is built on the foundation that true leadership flows from a relationship with God, and we welcome applicants from all denominations, industries, and backgrounds who share this conviction and are ready to grow into the purpose-driven leaders God has called them to be.

Our online format is designed to be flexible so you can participate alongside your existing commitments — whether you are a student, working professional, business owner, or serving in full-time ministry. You will have access to live sessions, recorded masterclasses, interactive assignments, and direct engagement with your facilitators and mentors from the comfort of your location.
Every student is assigned a dedicated advisor at the beginning of their program. Your advisor serves as your guide throughout your leadership journey — providing direction, accountability, and support. Once enrolled, you will receive your advisor’s contact details via email, and you can reach them directly through the TPO student portal. If you have not yet received your advisor assignment or need assistance, contact our support team and we will connect you right away.

Yes. Every student is placed into a peer accountability group at the start of their program. These small groups meet regularly to discuss lessons, share progress, pray together, and hold each other accountable. Beyond your peer group, you will also be part of the wider TPO student community, where you can connect, network, and build lasting Kingdom relationships with fellow leaders across different programs and nations.
Absolutely. Your assigned advisor is available not just for academic guidance but also for personal and spiritual support throughout your program. TPO Leadership Institute is committed to holistic development, and we encourage every student to prioritise their spiritual life, mental health, and overall well-being as part of their leadership journey.
Upon enrolment, you will receive access to the TPO student portal, which houses all your learning materials, assignments, program schedules, and advisor contact details. You will also have access to curated reading resources, leadership frameworks, and community discussion boards to support your development throughout the program.
