Yes. Participants complete mission-focused projects that demonstrate cross-cultural leadership, team building, and holistic community engagement skills.
To be eligible for admission into The Purpose Oasis Leadership Institute, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and hold at least a High School Diploma or its equivalent. Most importantly, applicants must be believers in Jesus Christ with a genuine commitment to Christ-centered living and leadership. TPO is built on the foundation that true leadership flows from a relationship with God, and we welcome applicants from all denominations, industries, and backgrounds who share this conviction and are ready to grow into the purpose-driven leaders God has called them to be.
Required materials include: Bible, notebook, pen, journal, and laptop.
Assessment includes participation, reflection journals, personal growth logs, leadership exercises, team projects, capstone evaluation, and peer/mentor feedback.
