The Christian Leadership programme equips you with ethical, relational, and visionary leadership skills for church and ministry contexts. Blending biblical principles with hands-on experience, you’ll explore core areas such as servant leadership, discipleship, communication, and strategic ministry planning. The programme includes 8 core modules delivered through teaching, discussions, team projects, and reflection exercises.

How long is the programme?

The programme runs for 1 year and is delivered entirely online.

Is there a capstone project?

Yes. Participants complete a capstone such as leading a service project, developing a strategic plan for a church or youth group, or researching a model of Christian leadership from scripture and modern examples.

What are the admission requirements?

To be eligible for admission into The Purpose Oasis Leadership Institute, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and hold at least a High School Diploma or its equivalent. Most importantly, applicants must be believers in Jesus Christ with a genuine commitment to Christ-centered living and leadership. TPO is built on the foundation that true leadership flows from a relationship with God, and we welcome applicants from all denominations, industries, and backgrounds who share this conviction and are ready to grow into the purpose-driven leaders God has called them to be.

What materials do I need?

Required materials include: Bible, notebooks, pen, journal, and laptop.

How is the programme assessed?

Assessment includes participation, reflection journals, personal growth logs, leadership exercises, team projects, capstone evaluation, and peer/mentor feedback.
