The Leadership in Agriculture & Industry programme equips you with strategic thinking and operational leadership skills for the agriculture and industrial sectors. Blending agricultural and industrial principles with hands-on experience, you will explore core areas such as agribusiness strategy, supply chain leadership, technology adoption, sustainability, and Kingdom-driven enterprise. The programme includes 8 core modules delivered through teaching, simulations, case studies, and strategic planning exercises.

Yes. Participants work in teams to solve a real-world business problem, design a CSR or sustainability initiative, or develop a leadership plan for a company or team.
To be eligible for admission into The Purpose Oasis Leadership Institute, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and hold at least a High School Diploma or its equivalent. Most importantly, applicants must be believers in Jesus Christ with a genuine commitment to Christ-centered living and leadership. TPO is built on the foundation that true leadership flows from a relationship with God, and we welcome applicants from all denominations, industries, and backgrounds who share this conviction and are ready to grow into the purpose-driven leaders God has called them to be.
Required materials include: Bible, notebooks, pen, journal, and laptop.
Assessment includes participation, reflection journals, personal growth logs, leadership exercises, team projects, capstone evaluation, and peer/mentor feedback.
